These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vcity155 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and live casino services accessible at https://vcity155.cam and any related subdomains or applications.

By registering an account, accessing any portion of the Platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion offered by vcity155, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference — including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration on vcity155, through which the Player accesses all Platform services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account pursuant to an applicable promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in each promotion's terms.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document checks and payment method verification, required before the first withdrawal is processed.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via MYR-denominated payment channels including, but not limited to, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, DuitNow, and FPX.
• "Platform" means the vcity155 website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at https://vcity155.cam.
• "Prohibited Person" means any person who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, or who is subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with vcity155.

To register and maintain an account on vcity155, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your account's activity:

2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, syndicates, and persons acting as agents for third parties are not permitted to register accounts.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active Account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and permanent ban from the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, create a secure password, and submit accurate personal details as requested. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify vcity155 immediately via live chat or by writing to [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security. vcity155 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security or from your failure to promptly report a suspected breach.

vcity155 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Player at any time by requesting KYC documentation, which may include a government-issued identification document (MyKad or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

5.1 Deposits. vcity155 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking, Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotion. All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) all applicable Wagering Requirements on active bonus funds have been satisfied; (c) the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's available real-money Balance; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no active security reviews or disputes.

5.3 Processing Times. Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — 5 to 30 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — 30 minutes to 2 hours; traditional bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) — 1 to 3 hours; cryptocurrency — subject to network confirmation times, typically under 1 hour. 6.1 General Bonus Terms. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to Wagering Requirements. The Player must complete the specified rollover multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in each offer.

6.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward meeting a Wagering Requirement. Sports bets may contribute at 100%; live casino games may contribute at 10%; and certain slot games may contribute at between 50% and 100%. Specific contribution rates are stated within each promotion's terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. vcity155 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing matched or arbitrage bets using bonus funds; creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using bonus funds in a manner that constitutes low-risk wagering designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds voided, winnings derived therefrom forfeited, and may be subject to permanent Account closure.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. vcity155 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus funds already credited to Player Accounts at the time of modification.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All sports bets placed on the vcity155 platform are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules for the relevant sport or event category. vcity155 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed by error, at incorrect odds, or on events where the outcome was known at the time of placement.

7.2 Odds and Markets. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at which a bet is confirmed and accepted are the odds that apply for settlement purposes. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuation; any delay between the Player's bet placement action and Platform confirmation may result in the bet being accepted at updated odds or declined.

7.3 Settlement of Bets. Bets are settled in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport or event. For football markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, and other competitions), the result at the end of regular time applies unless otherwise stated. vcity155 reserves the right to re-settle bets in the event of a result revision or administrative error.

7.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot games hosted on vcity155 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and cannot be influenced by previous results, account history, or any external factor. Published RTP percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting and gaming products on the Platform. These may vary by product, market, or account tier and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vcity155 Platform. Breach of any of the provisions below may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are a Prohibited Person as defined in this Agreement.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with vcity155.
• Using, or attempting to use, software, bots, scripts, automation tools, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on vcity155.
• Exploiting errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes in the Platform's odds or games, including so-called "hole-carding" or game glitch exploitation.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other promotions limited to one per customer.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the vcity155 support team or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by vcity155 through your payment provider.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of vcity155.

The game content available on vcity155 is sourced from internationally licensed third-party game studios. All associated trademarks, logos, and game assets remain the property of their respective owners.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vcity155, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 vcity155 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from technical interruptions. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance without prior notice. During any downtime, open bets that cannot be settled will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account where practicable.

10.3 In the event of a system or pricing error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or with incorrect parameters, vcity155 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the stake amount to the Player's Account. vcity155 shall have no obligation to honour any winnings derived from a demonstrable system error.

10.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits vcity155's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion would be unlawful.

vcity155 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform is strictly for Players aged 21 and above. We provide the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via the Account Settings section.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to manage their playing time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary restriction on their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.2 Termination by vcity155. vcity155 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of any of the following: (a) breach of this Agreement or any incorporated policy; (b) engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8; (c) provision of false registration information; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (e) inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or (f) suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination by vcity155 for cause, any remaining real-money Balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, vcity155 may forfeit the Balance in whole or in part. Decisions made following a completed investigation are final and binding subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

vcity155 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file, a notice displayed on the Platform upon login, or both. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current governing terms. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version came into force.

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the vcity155 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which vcity155 is incorporated and holds its operating licence, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and vcity155, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting our customer support team and allowing a reasonable period for investigation and response. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution mechanisms applicable to the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents vcity155 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief before the appropriate courts in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or in response to fraudulent or criminal conduct.
